Rob Anderson
Rob Anderson is a Principal with Medicus Partners and has been in the healthcare consulting and recruitment industry since 2001. Mr. Anderson has a vast knowledge of the healthcare market with experience in healthcare practice management and consultation.
Mr. Anderson's areas of expertise include physician and mid-level recruitment, practice analysis and review, development of medical staff plans, strategic needs analysis, and contract negotiation. He has held several leadership and management roles and has proven to be innovative and successful. Mr. Anderson was recently responsible for the establishment of several Hospitalist programs and has given presentations to residency and fellowship programs on the challenges of practicing medicine and the industry trends in today’s healthcare market. Mr. Anderson’s experience has given him the ability to assess each client based on their individual needs and provide customer-focused recommendations for successful recruitment and retention.
Prior to joining Medicus Partners, Mr. Anderson held an executive role at a physician recruitment firm owned by a medical practice management company. Immediately prior to that, he worked as a physician recruiter at a large, national physician search firm for several years and formerly as a State Farm Insurance Agent.
Mr. Anderson earned his B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and was a member of the Horned Frog baseball team.
